Paul Wells has been Managing Partner of Circle F Dude Ranch Camp LLC from 2000-Present.  He is responsible for sales and marketing along with the day-to-day operations of this 210 bed, 500 acre dude ranch and summer camp located in Central Florida.

Mr. Wells is also Chairman and Founder of Ocean Renewable Power Company, LLC and is a former cruise line executive. Captain Wells has more than thirty five years of experience in the shipping, shipbuilding, cruise ship operation, including all technical aspects, ship consulting and recreation industries.

Ben has worked his way through almost every position of camp operations, whether it was guiding in the backcountry of the Cumberland Mountain Valley of Tennessee or working as a camp director in the Adirondacks of New York State, no matter what position he held he has always worked hard to bring his excitement and zeal for life to those around him.  Ben’s has a wealth of knowledge that he brings to the Director of Operations position from his over ten years of experience in youth programming and camp management.  Beyond his camp background Ben has a Bachelors Degree in Speech Communication and has worked for several years as National Registered Paramedic in the City of St. Louis, MO before moving to Circle F Dude Ranch.   

This will be Kris 7th year with Circle F, and is looking forward to making an impact this summer. Kris Graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Warner University in 2006.  Kris has also been Head of General Sports in 2007, 2009 and 2010.

Kris has been a counselor to Wranglers and Pioneer Boys ages ranging from 12-17. Kris is fluent in spanish and has been an asset to the ranch this off season in making sure that 2011 will be our best summer yet

Sheila Slutsky  comes from a very small town upstate N.Y. (population: 11). Her opinion is Lake Wales is a metropolis in comparison.
But her love of children nature and animals makes her life extra special these days since she has been at the Circle F Dude Ranch fulltime.  As office manager she will makes sure all your request are handled and fulfilled whenever possible. So make sure to stop by and introduce yourself this summer and get some of that special TLC only Sheila is capable of.

Anthony is a specialist at   “word optimization” for the world wide web. He is in charge of updating our website, and  Social Media  so that all of the Circle F Dude Ranch Camp extended family and friends can find us easily whenever they  need information on the latest upcoming events at the ranch.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Anthony now works and lives in Miami, Florida. He has been involved in on-line information for many years and like Paul (the Ranch owner)  he originally was in the cruise ship industry. Anthony stated how excited he is to be a part of  the Circle F Dude Ranch team.
